This National Serviceman from Crook was awarded the Military Medal in Korea whilst with "A" Company 1st Battalion DLI. In November 1952, Private Bryan Dolman was badly wounded in both legs by a grenade during "Operation Blaydon" - a night raid on the Chinese positions by the Durhams.
